1. Casing Head-Bottom Slip Connection
Characteristics:
(1) Connect surface casing by type WD slip.
(2) Adopt type BT secondary seal structure.
(3) Accurately calculate casing string's length is not necessary.
(4) Can not be affected by surrounding environment, climate, etc.
(5) Easy, rapid, safe and reliable in installation.
Can apply to different sizes casing, such as: 30",20",13-3/8",12-1/4",9-5/8",7",5-1/2".
Can apply to different sizes casing as:13-3/8",9-5/8",7",5-1/2"etc.
We can manufacture a variety of bottom thread such as CSG, LCSG, BCSG, TM, for the connection
between casing head and surface casing.

2. Casing Head-Bottom thread connection
(1)Bottom of the casing head connects surface casing by various types of threads,such as CSG,LCSG,BCSG,TM,ETC.
(2)Convenience and rapid in installation,safe and reliable in operation.
3. Casing Head-Bottom welded connection
(1)Bottom of the casing head connects surface casing by welding.
(2)There’s pressure test hole, which can test welding effect, in welding annular space.
Bottom can be connected to surface casing by the method of sleeve welding.Pressure testing holes are
designed for the test of welding effect.

TUBING HANGER
 
Tubing hanger has various structure forms:

Surface casing slip Type Casing Hanger
 
The type casing hanger is used for connecting casing head and surface casing through slip tightening 
casing with help of external force. It is of easy& reliable operation.
·It can connect surface casing for 20″, 13.3/8″,9.5/8″. 
 
Wearing Bush
 
Wearing bush is applied to operation of well drilling and workover for protecting casing head and casing head spool.
It could be loaded into casing head or casing head spool via pressure test running& retrieve tool, then to be hold down
by the top flange on casing head or casing head spool.

CHOKE MANIFOLD
1. Application
Choke manifold is necessary device to control the well kick successfully and execute the pressure control
technology on oil/gas well in the course of drilling, as it is, the device is adopted to execute new drilling-well’s 
technique of balance pressure, which can avoid pollution of oil-layer, improve the speed of drilling and control 
blowout effectively. One end of the device connects with the side flange of BOP spool. When BOP closes, it can 
control the finite pressure from casing by adjusting the choke valve’s opening, so balanced drilling can work
under minimum pressure-difference.
2. Configuration
The choke manifold consists of choke valves, gate valves, line pipes, fittings, pressure gauges and other
components.
3. Working Principles
When the pressure inside the well rises, opening/closing the choke valves (including manual chokes, hydraulic 
chokes and positive chokes) on the choke manifold can allow the release of the fluid inside the well so as to
 control casing pressure, which can be directly blown out through the gate valve if the casing pressure is quite
high.
4. Pressure Ratings
The kill manifold is available in pressure ratings of 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa and 105MPa, and also
can be available upon customer request.
5. Operating Instructions
(1) The working pressure of all components on the choke manifold shall be compatible with that of the BOP
stack used.
(2) The choke manifold shall be installed at the place where the operator can reach it easily. The pressure
test must be performed prior to installation and the seat test pressure shall be equal to the rated working
 pressure.
(3) The line pipe shall be level and straight as much as it could. In case of the turn of the line pipe, the 120 
degree steel bent pipe shall be used. The bore of the line pipe shall be large enough.
(4) The pressure gauge must be installed.
(5) In winter, the choke manifold can work under a low temperature

KILL MANIFOLD
1. Application
In case of increase of the well head pressure, the kill manifold can provide a means of pumping heavy
 drilling fluid into the well to balance bottom hole pressure so that well kick and blowout can be prevented.
 In this case, the increasing well head pressure also can be released directly through blowdown lines
connected to the kill manifold so as to release bottom hole pressure, or the water and extinguishing agent
can be injected into the well using the kill manifold. The check valves on the kill manifold only allow injection
of kill fluid or other fluids into the well bore through themselves, but do not allow any backflow so as to 
perform the kill operation or other operations.
2. Configuration
The kill manifold consists of check valves, gate vales, pressure gauges and line pipes. The one end of the kill 
manifold is connected to the drilling spool and the other end is connected to the pump. The kill manifold and 
choke manifold are both designed to API 16C and can be used together. The kill manifold is available in pressure
ratings of 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa and 70MPa.
3. Operating Instructions
(1) The working pressure of all line pipes, gate valves and check valves shall be compatible with that of the 
BOP stack used.
(2) The kill manifold is not intended to be used as common lines for pouring drilling fluid.

Stand-pipe manifold

ZJGH100/35 drilling fluid manifold consists of Z23Y100-5000PSI & Z23Y50-5000PSI mud valve,
high-pressure spherical union, high-pressure core union, tee, high-pressure hose, elbow, pressure 
gauge, and pup joint etc.
Ground valve-group adopts goose type tee with compact structure, little fluid resistance and large 
power effectuality. Adaptor spool adopted on rigid valve-group can be directly used as single pipe on site.
High-pressure union, made of high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated, can create quick strip. As for 
being manufactured with special machining tool, it can create seal under fine sphere and core matched
with sealing ring.
The gate and valve seat of Z23Y-5000PSI mud valve are welded with carbide against erosion and corrosion, 
so that it can enlarge the working life, little operating torque.
Elbow, adaptor, tee and cross are made of high strength alloy steel, with suited wall thickness and fine heat treatment, 
so it can meet the requirement on strength and corrosion.
The part required at high precision, should be machined with special technique to ensure the manufacture quality, 
and the pressed part should be hydrostatic tested on strength and sealing property to ensure the ex-plant quality.
Stand-pipe manifold
1. First to clean up each sealing face and sealing groove of union and coat it with grease and get rid of dirt from the pipeline.
2. Check whether each jointer is fastened or not.
3. As for shipping, to disassemble into parts, clean up pipes, coat the connections with grease and then, to be wrapped 
well up to avoid foreigner entrance and sealing surface damage.
Installation
1. Regularly inject mud gate valve with grease to maintain the gate valve;
2. Regularly check whether all connecting position and
fixing bolts are loose;
3. If leak around sealing position, the seal should be replaced immediately;
4. Keep the outer surface of the manifold clean and paint it against rust regularly.

Flowhead Assembly Summary

Bore size is 3-1/16” , Max Working Pressure is 10000psi(1034bars).failsafe operation: designed to close the 
reverse acting gate valve completely . At O PSI body pressure , the spring force alone closes the valve completely .
Sealing mechanism: elastomer assisted ,

metal to metal sealing between gate and seats . Temperature range :-20 TO 250 ; Material class : DD 
( per API 6A ,19th Edition ) ,
psl3 ; Rating : 630,000 Ibs at o psi, and 350,000 Ibs at 10,000psi .

Connections : Top is 5-3/8”-4ACME-2G-RH box (handling sub ) , bottom is 5-3/8”-4ACME-2G-RH box (saver sub) .
