API 6A Hydraulic Gate Valves



Hydraulic Gate Valves provided by KERGY are available in size from 1 13/16” to 7 1/16” and pressuring rating from 2,000psi to 15,000psi. the gate valves are strictly designed and manufactured according to API 6A and API Spec Q1 by forging or casting AISI 4130/4140 low alloy or AISI 410 SS steel, the actuators are designed with safety and suitable for all kind of gate valves.

Frac valves - ball screw gate valves provided by KERGY is a type of large bore gate high pressure valve which were improved from Cameron FLS-R gate valve, it's the main component of frac tree, the frac valve is often used on the top of the wellhead on high pressure oil well, can do the frac job for isolating the fluid from the well.

KERGY provides the FRAC VALVE was designed in accordance to API 6A and NACE MR-01-75, strict quality control conforming to ISO registration, This type of the frac valve  contains flanged end, studded outlet, and special block body , both manual and hydraulic operation type can be supplied by KERGY, ball screw operation designed in manual type frac valve.

Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve – SSV

Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve - SSV is designed to quick closure due to a pipe leak or burst, equipment malfunction, fire, or similar emergency. The Surface safety valve (ssv) is normally closed, pressure needs to be applied to the actuator to compress the spring and open the valve.
 

KERGY Hydraulic Surface Safety Valve feature:

1. Visual position indicator.
2. Optional fire protection (fusible loop).
3. Separate stems can make them easy disassembling and maintaining.
4. Has a compoud-springs designing to improve its stability.
The pressure needed to keep the valve open can be provided with a simple hand pump which, in an emergency, is bled off on the rig floor. However, a more sophisticated system called an emergency shut down (ESD) is recommended because it allows the actuator to be activated remotely.

CHOKE VALVE



The choke valve, a main component of Christmas tree, is design to control production rate of the oil well, with working pressure up to 15000psi. Choke valves can be classified as follows: adjustable choke valves and positive choke valves. By rotating hand wheel to move the stem, the adjustable choke valve is designed to adjust the effective area available for the flow to accomplish control of production rate. The positive choke valve is design to accomplish control of production rate by changing flow beans.

Features:

·The coupling nut used for connecting the bonnet and body allows fast make-up and break-out.
·Stem tip and bean adaptor are fabricated from special carbide alloys for corrosion and abrasion resistance.
·Indicator lens with scale marks allows the operator to know stem’s position and actual orifice area.
·Turn hand wheel counter-clockwise and the valve will open; turn hand wheel clockwise and the valve will close.

Adjustable choke valve

·Valve needle and spool are made of tungsten carbide, with sufficient corrosion resistant, antieroding and wearable capability.

Choke-plate type
 
The KERGY class 900# (2,025 psi) and 1,500# (3,375 psi) drilling chokes are the most widely used and respected well-killing and high-pressure-control drilling chokes in the industry. For more than 35 years, these chokes have been especially effective when used during well kicks, well testing and well cleanup operations. They are designed and manufactured for H2S and abrasive-fluid applications and in accordance with API and NACE standards.

Features

High-pressure drilling chokes. Built to handle class 900# to 1,500# (2,025 psi to 3,375 psi), SANYI chokes are precision engineered for precise well control.

Unique choke-plate design. Heavy-duty, diamond-lapped tungsten-carbide plates are honed to a flatness measured by lightbands and feature unique half-moon-shaped orifices. Rotation of the actuator fork allows finite regulation of the size of the opening from full open to full close.
Positive closure. A 17° deadband overlap beyond the full-close position is designed to ensure closure even if the plates become worn following extended exposure to abrasive-laden fluid flow.
Pressure drops or surges don’t affect the quality of the seal in the plate-to-plate design. In fact, the seal improves under pressure.
Tungsten-carbide wear sleeves. Hardfacing on wear sleeves increases in-service life. Extended wear sleeves are available to absorb effects of abrasive downstream turbulence, especially during underbalanced drilling operations.
Versatile. Ideal for onshore and offshore applications. Controls can be operated from either remote or onsite consoles.

MUD VALVE

 
KERGY manufactures mud valve with reliability, safety, heavy load and corrosion resistance, which is used for a number of oilfield applications, including:

There are two models of sealing mechanism adopted in KERGY mud valve, that of metal to metal seal, and soft seal.

Metal seal mud valve features

·Long service time for carbide coated disc and seat

·Field maintenance design allows checking the situation of internal parts by opening bonnet and changing valve’s parts without removing it from pipeline.

The bonnet is easily removed for internal parts inspection and/or replacement without removing the valve from the line; this design simplicity permits fast and easy service without the need for special tools.

A slab gate with T slot stem connection allows the gate to float to the seat providing a tighter pressure responsive seal.

CHECK VALVE
 

 

Check valve effects seal between valve cartridge and body by fluid pressure, the higher the fluid pressure, the better seal effected. The chamber could contain pressure in pipes all the time.
The body is made of forging alloy steel, with superior mechanical property, pressure endurance, safety and reliability.Bonnet is connected with valve body with bolts. It has seals on bonnet and inner wall of body. Fitting space between bonnet and body is designed to zero so as to minimize loading on bolts and the corrosive of bolts and holes.Carbide sealing surface has good anti-abrasion and corrosion resistance, the material of valve cartridge is fabricated of anti-sulfide steel, the other parts is made with hardness limiting method, the valve is suitable for H2S service.

PLUG VALVE

 
Plug valve is a necessary part that is applied to high pressure manifold in well cementing and fracture service, also selected for HP fluid control system. It is excellent for its compact structure, easy maintenance, low torque, and rapid operation.The outlets of plug valve are FIG 1502 union connections (other connections on request), cylinder fits between body and wear bush, and seal rings are inlaid into outer of wear bush for good seal performance.
